Falcon Rundown 1.3.22

This release improves live rundown control and the way the Prompter receives updates while a show is running.

More reliable On Air controls

Start, Next, Prev and Stop wait for confirmation before changing the displayed On Air position.
Controls briefly show Sending... while a command is being confirmed, helping prevent duplicate clicks.
Older background updates no longer move the rundown back to an earlier On Air position.
Live controls stay in place during background updates, making clicks more reliable.
If another producer changes the On Air position first, Falcon Rundown checks the current position instead of applying an outdated command.

On Air position changes update the live status without rebuilding unchanged script text.
Story text, ordering and block changes continue to update automatically.
The Prompter better preserves the reading position when text above it is edited.
Very low autoscroll speeds now move consistently.
Larger script updates are processed in smaller steps to reduce interruptions.

Improved recovery from slow or interrupted Prompter requests.
Improved coordination between background updates and live commands across open rundown windows.
