The Asset Package export workflow packages selected production assets such as video, graphics, functions, and inputs for transfer, backup, or project handoff.

What you will learn

  • How to export all or selected asset types.
  • How search, sort, and Select all work.
  • How AutoSync and connection state affect exports.
  1. Open the export/asset package page.
  2. Confirm Project ID, AutoSync status, and connection status.
  3. Use Export All for complete handoff.
  4. Use individual Video, Graphics, Functions, or Inputs sections for targeted export.
  5. Search, sort, and select the assets to include.
  6. Click Export and review the response.

Best practices

  • Export all assets before moving a show between machines.
  • Verify the Project ID before handoff.
  • Keep exports named by show and date outside Falcon Play.
