The Falcon Play dashboard is the launch point for all operational apps and gives a fast overview of machine identity, connected clients, product versions, build IPs, and app shortcuts.

What you will learn

  • How to launch each Falcon Play app.
  • How to copy and use the Machine ID.
  • How to interpret connected client and version information.
  1. Open the dashboard on the Falcon Play machine.
  2. Check Machine ID when support, licensing, or config sync requires identity.
  3. Review connected clients and version information.
  4. Launch the app needed for the role: Director, Rundown Viewer, Media Manager, Prompter, Timing Display, Settings, Vision Mixer, or Audio Mixer.

  • Check dashboard status before opening a show.
  • Keep all production machines on compatible versions.
