Video Elements
Video elements are Media Server files that can be added to rundowns, cued, played, looped, routed to a selected server, and combined with prompter text, Voice Over, AutoTake, and embedded functions.

Recommended workflow
- Open the Video tab.
- Use search, tag filters, sorting, and list/grid view to find the file.
- Drag the file into the rundown.
- Open the video item modal to set prompter text, Voice Over, Auto Next, loop, server, shortcuts, and embedded functions.
- Cue or play the item from the rundown.
Buttons, fields, and controls

Best practices
- Use clear filenames that include segment number or production code.
- Review the video item modal before a live show when using Auto Next or embedded functions.
- Use loop only for content designed to loop cleanly.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to check |

| Video warning appears | The file may be missing or changed since the rundown was built. | Use Find in Media Manager or replace the item. |
