External Rundowns and Realtime Sync

External Rundowns let Director monitor rundowns or projects from Falcon Rundown and keep imported content synchronized with external editorial systems.

  1. Open the External Rundown modal in Director.
  2. Paste a Falcon Rundown token to add a single rundown.
  3. Paste a Publish Settings project token to monitor a project.
  4. Refresh external content when editorial changes should be pulled immediately.
  5. Start realtime sync when the rundown should stay connected to the external source.
  6. Stop realtime sync before making local-only changes.
