Call Sheets
Call Sheets, called Production Plans inside parts of the app, collects the day plan and everything recipients need to act on it.
Create a production plan
- Open a production and select Call Sheets or Production Plans.
- Use quick create to set title, description, date, call time and location.
- Open the plan and complete the Full Plan or individual tabs.
- Keep it in draft while the schedule and recipients are being prepared.
- Publish when the content is approved, then distribute the selected output.
Plan sections
| Tab | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Overview | Core date, call time, location, description and status. |
| Schedule | Timed activities and running order; drag items to reorder them. |
| Crew | Assigned people, functions and individual call information. |
| Assets | Required equipment, vehicles and spaces, connected to booking workflows where used. |
| Contacts | Important production or location contacts. |

Control output and sharing
Choose whether assets, contacts and attachments appear in the recipient output. Licensed workspaces can print or generate PDF output. A public link can be enabled, copied and disabled from the plan; anyone with an active public link may be able to open its shared content.
Review before publishingConfirm personal contact details, call times, locations, attachments and output options. Disable the public link when external access is no longer needed.
Status and archiving
Use draft, published, archived or cancelled to reflect the real operational state. Archive old plans to keep the active list focused while preserving production history.
