Playout Server and Graphic Server settings define how Falcon Play controls video playback channels and graphics outputs, including server identity, channel mapping, default graphics server, layer names, and output behavior.

Recommended workflow
- Open Settings > Device Config.
- Select the active profile.
- Open Playout Servers to configure video playback servers.
- Open Graphic Servers to configure graphics playback servers.
- Set names, channels, server IDs, and any required mixer input mappings.
- Set a default graphic server when scenes should use a preferred output.
- Edit layer names for operator clarity.

Best practices
- Keep server IDs consistent across productions.
- Use layer names that describe on-air purpose, not technical numbers only.
- Document physical SDI/NDI routing together with these settings.
Troubleshooting
