FALCON OPERATIONS

Productions and overview

A production is the operational container for plans, crew, budgets, tasks, events, guests, notes and files.

Find and organize productions

The production list shows current, in-production, completed and archived work. Search by name, filter by status or tags, favorite frequently used productions and restore an archived production when work resumes.

Create a production

  1. Select New production and enter a clear name.
  2. Choose the production type and current status.
  3. Add planned start and end dates plus a useful description.
  4. Add tags and an image for faster recognition.
  5. Save, then open the production overview to add crew and working data.

Use the overview

Members

Review who is assigned to the production and their project-specific roles.

Open tasks

See the current workload and jump to the task board.

Upcoming plans

Open the next call sheets and production plans.

Events

Review relevant production dates and calendar activity.

Add crew

Select people from the workspace resource directory. Set their production role, assignment dates and an optional daily-rate override. This assignment is production-specific and does not change the person's default profile.

Archive or delete

Archive finished productions to remove them from active views while preserving history. Delete only when the production and its related operational records are genuinely no longer needed and your permissions allow it.

VisibilityAccess groups can limit users by production as well as by module. A user may have Tasks access but still be unable to open tasks in a production outside the group's production filter.
