Recommended workflow
- Open the Falcon Play dashboard and confirm the Play Server is online.
- Check Media Server, Vision Mixer, Sound Mixer, and configured playout/graphics servers.
- Open Director when preparing or running a show.
- Use Media Manager to upload and manage production assets.
- Use Settings before production to configure devices, profiles, inputs, mixers, and licenses.

Best practices
- Confirm all status indicators before setting a rundown On Air.
- Keep one active Device Config Profile per physical production setup.
- Name inputs, servers, and faders in plain production language.
Troubleshooting
