Falcon Play is the live production control system for running rundowns, video playback, graphics, prompter text, timing, audio, vision mixer control, shortcuts, Stream Deck actions, and automation from one coordinated interface.

What you will learn

  1. Open the Falcon Play dashboard and confirm the Play Server is online.
  2. Check Media Server, Vision Mixer, Sound Mixer, and configured playout/graphics servers.
  3. Open Director when preparing or running a show.
  4. Use Media Manager to upload and manage production assets.
  5. Use Settings before production to configure devices, profiles, inputs, mixers, and licenses.

  • Confirm all status indicators before setting a rundown On Air.
  • Keep one active Device Config Profile per physical production setup.
  • Name inputs, servers, and faders in plain production language.

Troubleshooting
