How Operations is organized

Workspace

The top-level company or team area. It owns members, access groups, staff, resources and settings.

Production

A project inside a workspace. It collects crew, plans, tasks, budgets, events, guests, notes and files.

Resource

A person, equipment item, vehicle or space that can be organized, booked and handed over.

Module access

Each access group can grant full access, read-only access or no access to individual modules.

Use the workspace portal

  1. Open a recent workspace. Continue working shows the workspaces you used most recently.
  2. Find another workspace. Use search or filter by Favorites, Owned or Shared with me.
  3. Open workspace actions. Depending on your rights, you can favorite the workspace, edit settings, manage members, change the image or delete a workspace you own.
  4. Create a workspace. Select New workspace, enter a clear name and configure members and permissions before adding production data.

The main navigation changes with your context. Workspace modules cover shared resources and logistics. Production modules appear after you open a production. Return to the workspace portal when you need to switch teams.

If a module is missingThis normally means your access group has no access to it, the production is outside your assigned production filter, or the feature is not part of the workspace license. Ask a workspace administrator to check Members & Rights.

Good setup order

  1. Create the workspace and invite the core administrators.
  2. Create access groups and set module rights.
  3. Add staff, people and bookable resources.
  4. Create productions and assign crew.
  5. Build plans, bookings, budgets and daily workflows inside each production.
