Add a vehicle

1. Open Vehicles and select Add vehicle.
2. Choose Car, Van or Truck and enter the license plate.
3. Add make, model and year so users can identify the vehicle.
4. Set the daily rate, operational status, home location and current location.
5. Add tags, an image and notes such as access, fuel or equipment information.

Operate the vehicle register

• Search by plate, make, model or other visible details.
• Use tags for useful categories such as payload, transmission or assigned unit.
• Keep current location updated when a vehicle moves between sites.
• Review booking history before planning maintenance or long allocations.
• Use Book This Vehicle to create a booking with the resource preselected.

Labels and handover

Print individual or bulk resource labels and place each label where it can be scanned without obstructing required vehicle information. Labeled vehicles can participate in the same booking, check-out and return workflow as equipment and spaces.

Permissions

Users need Vehicles read access to view records and write access to create or edit them. Booking and handover actions also require access to their corresponding modules.
