FALCON OPERATIONS
Notes
Notes provides production notebooks for structured working knowledge, meeting notes, research and internal documentation.
Organize notebooks
- Create a notebook with a name and recognizable color.
- Drag notebooks into the order the team normally uses.
- Create notes inside the correct notebook rather than relying only on search.
- Add tags for topics that cut across notebook structure.
Edit a note
Give the note a specific title, then use the rich editor for paragraphs, bold, italic, underline, alignment, text and highlight colors, font options, line height, task lists, tables and links. Save important edits explicitly even when autosave is active.
Find and maintain knowledge
- Search by note title or content.
- Filter with consistent production tags.
- Reorder notes when the notebook represents a running agenda or handbook.
- Keep decisions and current instructions near the top.
- Remove or archive outdated information according to the production's retention process.
Concurrent editsNotes use version checks to reduce accidental overwrites. If Operations reports that the note changed elsewhere, reload the current version and merge your changes deliberately.
Notes, Tagwall and Files
Use Notes for structured text, Tagwall for visual ideation and Files for original uploaded documents. Link or reference the source file rather than pasting content that will immediately become stale.
