Spaces

Spaces represents bookable physical areas, with capacity, features, rates, status and location details.

Create a space

  1. Open Spaces and select Add space.
  2. Choose Studio, Meeting Room, Edit Suite, Control Room, Rehearsal Space, Storage or Other.
  3. Add capacity, address or area, floor and room information.
  4. Enter useful features as a consistent comma-separated list.
  5. Set hourly and daily rates, status, home/current location, tags, image and notes.

Describe spaces for booking decisions

CapacityThe practical maximum number of people for normal use.
FeaturesStable facilities such as green screen, video conference, audio isolation or loading access.
RatesThe workspace's standard hourly and daily planning costs.
LocationThe location-tree node that best represents where the space is found.
NotesInternal setup, access, restrictions or contact information.

Book a space

Open the space to review booking history or start a booking with the space already selected. Date conflicts are shown in the booking workflow. Use the Asset Timeline to compare the space with other resources over time.

Labels

A printed space label can provide a reliable scan point at the entrance or control position. Confirm that the label belongs to the correct room before using it in handover workflows.
