How to manage members in your project

 

When your project grow, you might want to add some teammembers to your project.

 

To access the "Manage members" feature, press the three dots in the top right of the project, and press this button below.

 

 

Here you can type in the adress on your teammembers, and give different kind of rights.

 

When you press invite, they will receive an invitation by mail.

 

 

Filtrering what rundowns and notelists the member should see

In the same window you are able to choose whether a user should see all rundowns in the project or just a couple of chosen ones.

If you need to filter - press the "All rundowns" dropdown and choose Filter.

 

 

A new window will now emerge and give you an overview of alle the rundowns in the project. Mark the ones, that the user should have access to. Press save.

 

 

Now you have a new info tool available to the right. "F" stands for "Folders" and "R" stands for Rundowns available to the user.
