Use project comments for important announcements to the entire team
-
Use rundown comments for coordinating work on a specific broadcast
-
Use story comments for detailed feedback on individual content
Organization
-
Keep comments relevant and concise
-
Use private comments for your own work notes
-
Delete or edit comments when they’re no longer relevant
Collaboration
-
Don’t make project-wide decisions only in story comments
-
Ensure important decisions are also documented outside the comment system
-
Use comments as a supplement to other communication, not as a replacement
