Create a tag
- Open Tagwall inside the production and add a tag.
- Enter a concise title and the useful body text.
- Choose a color and priority where they carry a shared meaning.
- Assign an owner and add reusable tags for filtering.
- Attach a supporting file or image when the idea needs visual context.
Organize the wall
- Drag cards to create a useful visual order.
- Pin important tags so they remain prominent.
- Use search and tag filters to focus on a theme, department or decision.
- Use the image mosaic when visual references matter more than text.
- Update priority and assignee as ideas become actionable.
