FALCON OPERATIONS

Files

Files is the production library for shared working documents and media used across plans, tasks, notes and collaboration.

Upload a file

  1. Open Files inside the production and select Upload.
  2. Choose the original file and wait for the upload to complete.
  3. Set the display name or folder where available.
  4. Add a description and tags that explain how the file is used.
  5. Save, then open the record once to confirm the correct file was uploaded.

Find files

Switch between list and grid view, search by visible metadata and use tag or folder filters. Sort by the field that fits the task, such as name, type, size or upload date.

Preview and download

Supported images and documents can be previewed in the app. Use Download or Open for the original when exact quality or an unsupported file type requires a local application.

Use files in production work

  • Add approved maps and briefs to a call sheet.
  • Attach delivery material or references to a task.
  • Use Tagwall attachments for visual development.
  • Share a relevant file in a staff conversation when recipients need it immediately.
File hygieneDo not upload secrets or personal data unless the workspace is approved for it. Use clear versions in filenames or descriptions, remove superseded copies when appropriate and respect the upload limit shown by the app.

Permissions

File visibility follows workspace and production access. Uploading, changing metadata and deleting require write access; related modules can impose additional rules when a file is used as an attachment.
