Graphic Elements and Scenes
Graphics in Falcon Play are either templates from the Media Server or saved scenes created from those templates. Scenes store the filled-in variables, selected pictures, timing, layer, functions, and playback behavior.

Recommended workflow
- Open the Graphics tab.
- Search or filter templates and scenes.
- Create a scene from a template when a reusable filled graphic is needed.
- Fill text, dropdown, and picture variables.
- Set channel, layer, AutoTake, out behavior, timers, functions, and shortcuts.
- Preview before playing to air when possible.
Buttons, fields, and controls

Best practices
- Use consistent layer naming in Settings so operators know what each layer is for.
- Preview new templates before they are used in a live rundown.
- Use out behavior and timed out duration to avoid graphics blocking the next item.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to check |

| Graphic does not render | Template file or graphics server is unavailable. | Check Media Server and Graphics Server status. |
| Wrong layer is used | Layer was changed in the scene or template settings. | Open the scene and verify the layer field. |
