- Create or import the rundown.
- Add inputs, videos, graphics, functions, and scenes.
- Review item timing, Auto Next, Voice Over, and shortcuts.
- Set the rundown On Air.
- Cue the first item and use Play Next or item controls during production.
- Monitor Rundown Left, Time To End, and Deviation.
Buttons, fields, and controls

| Stop/Clear | Stops or clears active output. | Use when ending playback or resetting output. |
| Auto Next | Automatically advances after item duration. | Use for tightly timed sequences. |
Best practices
- Do a rundown pass before going live and open every unusual item modal.
- Avoid deleting rundowns during production.
- Use explicit durations when timing matters for Time To End and Deviation.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to check |

| Wrong rundown is live | Another rundown was set On Air. | Check On Air label before pressing Play Next. |
| Auto Next skips unexpectedly | Auto Next is enabled on an item. | Open the item modal and review Auto Next. |
| Deviation is unexpected | Durations or end time are wrong. | Check item durations and rundown end time. |
