License Settings
The License tab shows Falcon Play license status, enabled features, license identifiers, activation controls, and online refresh controls.

What you will learn

Recommended workflow
- Open Settings > License.
- Review status, license ID, customer, station, machine, expiry, and features.
- Paste a compact license token into the manual activation field when needed.
- Click Activate.
- Use Refresh to update license state from the license server.
Buttons, fields, and controls

Best practices
- Keep the Machine ID available when contacting support.
- Refresh license after network changes or renewal.
- Do not reset or overwrite the license file unless instructed.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Activation failed | Token is invalid, expired, or for another machine. | Check token and Machine ID. |
| Refresh failed | No network or license server unavailable. | Check internet and try again. |
| Feature missing | License does not include the feature. | Review feature list and license entitlement. |
